+Short-term Disability Coverage (Allstate/Central United) – This benefit will pay the employee a tax-free monthly paycheck, in the event of sickness or accident. There are no medical exams and this policy is guaranteed acceptance. Very important if your household relies on your income to pay the bills. You can choose your coverage amount between $1k - $5k per month and other customizable options.

+Accident Coverage (AFLAC/Allstate )– This benefit will pay the employee a tax-free lump-sum paycheck, in the event of a covered accident. It includes on and off-the-job accidents and allows for family coverage. Great for children who are active and/or drivers. Child coverage is for dependents under the age of 26.

+Critical Illness Coverage (AFLAC/Allstate) – This benefit will pay the employee a lump-sum paycheck ($20,000 tax-free), in the event of a covered critical illness (cancer, heart attack, stroke, etc.). Dependent children are covered for free under the employee’s coverage, at 50% of their coverage rate.

+Permanent & Term Life Insurance (Mass Mutual/Allstate) – This benefit will provide term or permanent life insurance coverage on employee, spouse, and children/grandchildren (under the age of 22). This is a guaranteed acceptance policy with a simple application process. No medical underwriting required.

+Hospital Indemnity Insurance (Multiple Carriers) – This benefit is available to all members and family. This benefit will cover you if you are hospitalized due to surgery, illness or accident injuries. This plan does not have a pre-existing condition clause.
